I've also recently made a Facebook page where I'll be posting process pictures, finished layouts, anything that I find interesting, and eventually some freebies.

It's been awhile since I made a heritage layout, also a while since I used Thickers lol. While searching for an old photo which was already photocopied, I came across 15 unfinished layouts, most of which were barely started. They were all put away because I got stuck on ideas etc for them. I made a new goal to get round to finishing most of them one day. Anyway, I took this old photo from one of them lol. 

Also, my Grandma recently turned 90, so I made her this quick card.

I'm 3 weeks into my course and im currently swamped with homework. Gonna do a huge catch up this week, enjoy the 5 day weekend, and then get started on the next assignment, which I will be more productive on and use my time wisely.
I'm also starting to fall more behind on project life, so I'm going to start setting time aside most nights for scrapbooking/pl.

In November I took the Studio Calico Cut It Out class. My first scrapbooking class ever lol. I took part in 2 of the challenges and created these layouts.

I've been busy with the last few weeks of my course, but I managed to squeeze in a layout for a competition, here. Based on this sketch with the theme of 'friends'.

 These photos are from my 20th a few years ago and I've finally got round to scrapbooking them, lol.

I finally got round to making a how to video. I've been meaning to for ages. I made this layout as I went along and it only took about 2 hours. So proud of my self because normally it takes me a few nights to complete one and I have to get everything sorted and chosen before I even begin to think about gluing stuff down. So I think this is the motivation I need to get scrapbooking done, since I never really seem to do much lately. Maybe I should make some Project Life videos, I'm 4 months behind on that. I used Adobe Premiere Pro and my boyfriend had to teach me how to use it, I had no idea how to use any video editing programmes for a Mac. Ar I miss the simpleness of Windows Movie Maker lol.

i made this layout about facts about me at age 21. i'm planning on doing another one in a few years and hopefully some of the facts will have changed. like i hope to change 'jobseeker' to employed, and maybe i'll even have the tattoo that i really want lol.

journaling: i got an apple macbook at the end of september 2011 to use for study and i'm loving the photo booth application. these are just some of my experiments with it.

oh and if you're wondering what the weird photo is in the middle, it's my killjoy mask and replica raygun (it's a my chemical romance fan thing lol)

i decided to make a december daily this year so i finally got started on that last night. and i've been making an attempt to clean up my scrap space so i can put some pics up, it's slow progress though lol.

i bought myself an 8gb ipod touch today :) the shop i saw them on sale at was sold out and i was left extremely dissapointed, but i tried another shop and was amazed they had them on sale for the same price, and i even got a half price extended warranty. oh, and i went to my graphic design interview the other day. i went to the wrong floor and got completely lost *cringe* and had to ask one of the students where the reception is, luckily he was really nice and showed me the way. 46 people applied and there's 40 places available, pretty sure i got in coz i showed creativity and a willingness to do the next level course, i should find out in the next day or two. fingers crossed lol.

here's my take:

this is the mess that's on my desk atm, and what it usually looks like lol.

i used some stuff from my first ever scrapbook kit, which i haven't touched in years, i stuck them to the background and covered it in gesso. i love how the layout itself looks like a creative mess :)

i made this lo for a Scrapbooking Memories magazine call, but it didn't get accepted. oh well, lol, i'm still really proud of it.

the clouds were made using a ms doily lace punch and computer paper. tfl :)

I love these photos from when i was a baby, so of course, I had to scrap them.
